11 Months & 2 weeks

With So much going on, I forgot to update on Sarah turning 10 months, so I thought I'd better update for 11 months. She's doing great and will go in on her birthday for her check up next month. Can't believe my little Sarah bear will already be a year.

Crazy how the time slips between your fingers. I know it didn't go by THIS fast with C! Because I only had the one child, I'm sure. With C. being as old as he is, and there being an baby in the house there is never a dull moment. Or a moment of peace an quiet for that matter! Ha! C. and S. have so much fun together and I get a kick out of watching them play games, and toys together. Who knew with their age gap that they would have so much fun! And Caleb is so sweet and gentle with his baby sister! What a great guy to share toys and playtime! Such a trooper.

Such a great little helper too! For instance, Sarah, can now drink out of a straw. Caleb will hold his sisters juice box for her, when they are both in the back seat of the car. Due to inability to help, or me not being able to get to her right then, he is USUALLY always ready to pitch in and offer me help w/out asking! I know that God is truly working in him, with such acts of kindness and love. I'm excited for the years to come. Now if we can just get past this "no" business, as well as his demanding nature...God is in Control. And honestly, I'm Praying for a swift a quick resolve of this attitude he's had for over a year.

School is helping him and its been exactly 2 weeks.
So far, its been great! Loves his friends, teachers and even his "Grandma Levy" :)
He's learning so much each and everyday. Songs, Rhymes, Books, and silly jokes.
I'm so proud of what he comes home to tell me that "he's learned today".
My Sister, a teacher was telling me about how in Pre-k, they learn what a "diamond" is, and that he needs to understand that its not just a "diamond" but also a rhombus, for TAKS in Kinder..
Well, I asked him, what a Diamond was, and he told me,
"It has four sides, and is also called a rhombus" Such a big boy! And Its JUST week 2!!
I truly know that we will go through our valleys, but I'm keeping my eyes on the mountaintops right now!
